Prof Anderson – i wanted this comment forwarded before your paper presentation yesterday. An aspect of concern is the youth feeding patterns and staple food in Africa. Youth love grains especially rice and are not favorable to main staples like yam and cassava. In Nigeria there could be a ban on rice importation it is important to include this as WAHO in Bobo Burkina Faso is also including the concern
Another aspect is Nutrition and food security policies – some of the policies are paper work and require technical update – i have been working on Nutrition Policy review for Nigeria but it is important to integrate cross culturally
